Returning a Wi-Fi router
The return process is designed to be super simple for you.
When you receive the router, you will also get a pre-paid, pre-addressed return envelope. ✉️
On your last day of rental, simply place the router and its cable inside the envelope, seal it, and drop it into any yellow Swiss Post mailbox. 📮
You can find these yellow mailboxes everywhere – at every train station, on street corners, and even at Zurich Airport before you go through security.
The postage is already paid by us, so you don’t need to worry about anything. ✅
Just drop it in the mailbox and enjoy the rest of your trip!
